Treatment Approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strength-based. I believe you already hold deep inner wisdom, and therapy can help you reconnect with that to help you feel more grounded, confident, and like yourself again.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from evidence-based approaches including:

  • Psychodynamic and interpersonal therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Positive psychology

  • Nervous system regulation and mind-body techniques

This whole-person approach supports both emotional processing and nervous system healing which is especially important for those experiencing postpartum anxiety, trauma, or overwhelm.

My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, be real, and feel truly supported as you navigate change.
