Hi, I am Dr. Lindsay Ulrey, a mom of 2 and a postpartum therapist to parents  all over California.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to creating a space where all people feel seen, respected, and supported. I am a certified perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C) and have helped many women and their families navigate the postpartum period and beyond.

My practice is grounded in the belief that therapy should be accessible, affirming, and responsive to the full complexity of who you are.

Inclusive Care

I welcome individuals of all abilities, races, cultural backgrounds, genders, and sexual orientations. I am committed to providing care that honors your lived experience and recognizes the impact that identity, systems, and relationships can have on mental health. You deserve a therapeutic space where you do not have to explain or defend who you are in order to receive support.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful.

I strive to build a relationship rooted in trust, curiosity, and compassion. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, processing trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we will work together at a pace that feels steady and sustainable.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in spaces where people feel safe enough to be fully themselves. It is a privilege to hold that space with you.

I have trained with Postpartum Support International (PSI) and became a certified perinatal mental health practitioner through their program in 2021.
